Irish singer-songwriter Fionn Regan introduces his brand new album The Shadow of an Empire, the follow-up to the Mercury Music Prize nominated The End of History. Influenced by both Bob Dylan and Neil Young, Regan's songs have been featured in Grey's Anatomy, Nearly Famous, and Skins, and display a mixture of witty vignettes and complex soul-searching.
